The Man Who Hid The Sun and The Moon
An short animation in stop motion with music. It is a Pre-Columbian Colombian creation myth where three God-Monsters eat the Little Man’s world (the land, the crops and the animals). To protect himself and preserve his world, the Little Man hides the sun and the moon. After many negotiations and adventures, the God-Monsters regurgitate the world but transform into volcanoes, tsunami, and wild beasts, hurting the Little Man until the end of time. Directed by Marion Schoevaert and Masha Yukhananov , designed by Marion Schoevaert, composed and orchestrated by Pablo Mayor with Bronx Folklore Urbano orchestra, After Effect and composting by Kathleen Kennedy Tobin, Camera and Director of Photography Gus Ford.
